“Hi, we're Aaron & Stephanie Elskamp. Welcome to our farm in beautiful Woodlands, Manitoba, Canada.

The fields we plough and plant have been in our family since the 1950s. Farming is in our blood and under our nails. We love it here. It's a place where you get up early to watch the sun rise, and at the end of a hard day of work, watch it set.

We grow wheat, corn, oats, and canola, but we especially love growing sunflowers to feed wild birds. In 2021, we found a way of making sure our sunflower seeds and related grains always make it to market — we bought Pick of the Birds, a Manitoba company with over 30 years of success in the Canadian bird feed industry.”
